Coconut milk, carrots & sweet potatoes (spicy) soup

  • Sweet potato (75 g/portion)
  • 1 potato
  • 2 carrots
  • 10 cL of coconut milk (no canned)
  • 150 g spinach
  •  Ginger, curry, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander

Cook carrot, sweet potato and chopped potato in water with chopped ginger for 20 min and the other spices (according to your taste).

Mix and then add coconut milk and spinach. Heat for a few minutes.

Season to your liking: sprinkle with sesame (max 10g) or other seeds (watch out for the quantities), fresh herb and/or oils such as hemp.
